This Course is a
fully-customizable intervention for teams that are new or are not functioning
together well. BRG will provide a computerized behavior style analysis report
for each of the participants and a discussion of behavioral preferences,
tendencies, strengths and weaknesses will comprise a portion of one of the
sessions. This information will be used to help participants develop the
flexibility needed to deal with members who have very different personality
