Houston Shore, CPA, MBA, CSP, works with organizations who want their

As a consultant, speaker and author, Jean
specializes in helping organizations translate their visions and values into
actions that produce results.
Whether she's giving a keynote on
managing change, conducting skills training for managers or facilitating an
offsite leadership retreat, Jean's combination of enthusiasm and expertise
makes the experience fun. Through guiding participants to develop leadership
skills, discover personal values or create career management strategies, Jean
challenges achievers in many industries to new levels of skill and inspiration.

isolate core issues and her willingness to ask the "tough" questions helps them
to achieve measurable improvements quickly.
Creator of five
comprehensive management development programs, Jean's work on leadership,
values clarification and change management has been featured in three books,
Reach for the Stars, Where There's Change, There's Opportunity, and
Irresistible Leadership. A summa cum laude graduate of Mercer
University, Jean is a member of the National Speakers Association, the Georgia
Speakers Association, the American Institute of CPAs, and the American Society
for Quality. Jean works with a diverse base of clients including corporations
such as AT&T, Bellsouth, CIBA Vision and WORLDSPAN and with associations
and non-profits like 4-H, Girl and Boy Scouts of America and Special Olympics.
She served on the Board of Examiners for the Georgia Oglethorpe Award Process
(Georgia's highest business award) and was named by the Virginia Society of
CPAs as
Discussion Leader of the Year. Most recently, Jean completed
her MBA at Baylor University where she obtained a perfect 4.0 average. She is
also one less than 500 Certified Speaking Professionals in the world, the
highest earned designation of the National Speakers Association. Other awards
include the President's Leadership Award from the Georgia Speakers Association
(2000) and the Medal of Excellence from Fort Benning, GA.(1999)
