Hands-on instruction covering selected modules of the Working Together Better content. A customer-specific outline will be developed for your group based on the problems you are trying to solve. Participants will use the Working Together Better book as well as other resources as they work through the class. Stand-alone modules include:

Consulting and Individual Coaching
Contact me about this service.If certain people in your organization need one-on-one or small group mentoring from Jean, you have several options available. We can tailor a plan to meet your needs, of course, but here are some common scenarios:
Intense Intervention:
For teams with significant obstacles to overcome: Jean will visit your location for 2-3 days and conduct individual interviews with each team member to uncover and document teamwork effectiveness issues as well as to offer counsel privately to each person. Results from the interviews are tallied, themes are documented and a team effectiveness report along with suggested solutions is presented to both management and those interviewed. For the next 60 days after the intervention, all team members have free access to Jean by telephone or e-mail if they need guidance on implementing the strategies developed. Up to one year after the intervention, Jean will visit the site again to assess progress and discuss next steps if any.
Intervention “Lite”:
For teams with nagging performance problems or new teams that need to get up and running quickly: Jean will conduct a Working Together Better assessment meeting by phone or in person so that she can fully understand the dynamics of the team and the problems to be solved. Results from this assessment are worked into an agenda for a series of targeted in-person or by phone consultations. Jean is available for telephone or e-mail questions for 6 months or longer.
Manager Briefings:
For new managers or managers who need skills refreshers: Individual phone calls or in-person meetings are held with target managers to understand their past experience and expertise as well as to identify skill gaps. A skills assimilation plan is then tailored to each manager and is completed over a set of phone calls and/or in-person meetings. Timeframe for manager briefings is typically one year or more.
Small Group Briefings:
For teams who want to develop new skills while solving pressing real-world issues: Jean visits the team every 4-6 weeks to conduct a short targeted training on the needed topic. The training is followed by a team discussion of progress, challenges and action item accountabilities. The series of small group briefings typically lasts one year and agenda topics can be rearranged or added as the environment changes.
